Business Systems Analyst - Germany (Contract)

Location: Essen in Germany Country: Germany Rate: Euros 600 P/D
 

Business Systems Analyst needed with good integration and technology with exposure and understanding of Mergers and Acquisitions for a 12 months project based in Germany to be responsible for assessing the business model and its integration with technology; essentially acting as a bridge between the business problems and the technical solution. The role involves understanding business requirements which clearly address business needs and align with business processes. The ideal Business Analyst must have an knowledge and project experience with Mergers and Acquisitions within large scale integration projects.

The ideal candidate will come from a Service or Consultancy background based close to Essen in Northern Germany and bilingual in both German and English pay €600 per day all inclusive. Where applicable, the individual will be required to analyse, transform, and ultimately resolve business problems with the help of technology. There will be a requirement to assess the suitability of current information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and play a key role in the implementation of new Information Systems.

The Business Systems Analyst must be able to identify and analyse areas for improvement and define the requirements of a solution. The Business Systems Analyst should be able to help stakeholders formulate a route from where the business is today, to where it needs to be in the future. Essentially, the role is to help stakeholders who have a problem, to understand the problem, formulate the requirements and deliver the solution.

  • Working knowledge of Mergers and Acquisitions -M&A
  • System Integration
  • Has a good understanding of creating processes, process flows, BPM2.0
  • Methodical and structured, aware of architecture
  • Strategic and tactical thinking, analytical
  • Organising workshops, working with multiple stakeholders to gather insights, knowledge, and experience to map as is and to be(optimised) processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management. Can make C-level understand what was created at the lowest levels
  • Is a partner to a solution architect where requirements are to be turned around in solutions
  • Collaborative, understands business and IT
  • Consultancy background is bonus
