Change Manager - Contract
Contract: Long-term (9months +)
Clearance: Must hold valid SC or NATO-level security clearance
Languages: English required; French/Dutch beneficial

Overview We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a Nato programme. The role focuses on driving business readiness, communication, and adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level change and communication plans
• Support stakeholder engagement and readiness activities
• Assess impacts and coordinate change interventions
• Manage communications, training coordination, and adoption support
• Track progress, risks, and issues related to change
• Assist with transition into BAU

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in organisational change or transformation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience working with Nato or Nato environments
• Ability to work across multiple teams in a complex environment
