Their engineers work in small, agile multi-disciplinary teams who value knowledge sharing and collaborative working, so they often use pair programming and run communities of practice to support continuous learning.

As a Lead Software Engineer, you'd work across 2 squads and would support them in the delivery of their work by providing technical guidance, coaching and training, rather than being hands-on with code yourself (this is not a line management role).
