IT Project Manager - About the role:

As an experienced Project Manager, you have an opportunity to work for a leading transport organisation based in Leeds and York. You will be responsible for delivering some of the organisations biggest and most critical projects, spanning the full end-to-end life-cycle.

My client are undergoing a new system implementation, and are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has had both experience in the tender, testing and roll-out of a new system.

IT Project Manager - Your Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with stakeholders at all levels
• System implementation
• Measuring progress on projects against project plans
• Delivery of key projects within budget and timescales
• Monitor and controlling project milestone deadlines
• Effectively managing multiple projects at once
• Identifying blockers or risks within project road maps and escalating where necessary

IT Project Manager - To be successful in this role you will need:

• Agile and waterfall methodologies
• Experience of managing a range of software and infrastructure projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Must have solid experience as a Project Manager (5+ years), ideally within a regulated business
• Risk Management Experience
• ITIL
• Prince2 and APM or Scrum Master qualified is desirable.
