Identity & Access Management Specialist

Up to £65,000 per annum

Brighton - Hybrid working

Our client, an established name in the finance sector, is actively recruiting for an IAM Engineer to join them in their growing team.

This is a new position for which they are looking for someone with the ability to review, design and rebuild their identity and access estate. You will help rewrite the companies Active Directory, Identity, Entra ID, IAM, PAM and Authentication environment from the ground up and so an in depth knowledge of these technologies is essential.

This position involves hybrid working 1-2 days per week from their central Brighton office, or more if desired.

Responsibilities:

• Review, design and implement identity and access management systems
• Review, design and implement Active Directory structures and changes
• Develop and manage identity and access policies along with associated compliance and security policies
• Implement authentication technologies including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO)
• Ensure the protection of sensitive information from unauthorised access
• Liaise with all stakeholders around access Change

Skills & Experience:

• Experienced in a regulated enterprise environment
• Expert in Active Directory & Azure Active Directory/Entra ID
• Strong knowledge of IAM & PAM
• Windows Server & OS
• Device, mobile & web security best practices (NIST, ISO, Cyber Essentials)
• Regulatory & Compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI DSS)
• IAM, ITIL & Security certifications desirable
