We are seeking an experienced Communications Architect with strong expertise in Telecom Assurance and ITSM platforms such as Helix and Remedy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and defining ITSM transformation architectures and possess deep knowledge of Telecom OSS architecture and design. This role requires a strategic thinker who can create scalable, future-ready architectures aligned with organizational and telecom operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and design strategy & roadmap for ITSM transformation programmes leveraging tools like Helix and Remedy.
• Develop architectural blueprints and standards for ITSM solutions integrated with Telecom OSS.
• Provide architectural leadership for ITSM transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust architectural designs.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for architecture.
• Assess existing ITSM architectures and recommend enhancements for scalability, resilience, and automation.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in Telecom Assurance domain and ITSM transformation programmes.
• Expertise in ITSM platforms like Helix, Remedy and must have worked on the ITSM transformation programs.
• In-depth knowledge of Telecom OSS architecture and design - mandatory.
• Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Ability to design integration patterns between ITSM and OSS systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
