Commercial Functional Process Lead - London (Hybrid) - £600-£700 per day (inside IR35) - 12 months

My client, a FTSE 100 company, is embarking on an exciting and significant Business Transformation Programme underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA.

You will lead the design of the Commercial global solution across clients functions, regions, and markets, working with their partners to define global processes and deliver the project roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Supports a successful implementation of end-to-end processes by considering the needs of the business in line with the Steering Committee success factors
• Connects requirements from all hubs and sites
• Supports in analysing and communicating Change Impacts
• Is responsible for provision of content for global training material development
• Support business cutover activities and associated planning

Requirements:

• 8-10 years' experience in management of commercial functions/transformation experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
• SAP HANA S4 experience advantageous
• Fluent English knowledge
• Commercial Acumen
• Influencing skills
• Effective Communication
