1 x a Week in an Egham based office
35 hours per week, flexible between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Join a software house specialising in management software revolutionising the delivery service. Their key product is integrated by major retailers and brands, and due to recent success, they're continuing to expand their technical teams.
This successful Technical Author will be responsible for creating and maintaining high quality software documentation for multiple of their products. You will need to be experienced in producing a variety of documents including API specifications and swagger documents, user manuals and release notes.

The essential skill set of the Technical Author:
- Have demonstrated experience of technical writing for software systems
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and swagger documents
- An understanding of JSON programming language
- Experience writing documentation for technical audiences such as software developers, as well as non-technical users
Further skills that would benefit the role but NOT required:
- An understanding of the documentation needs of developers who build against API specifications
- Experience working in the logistics/E-commerce industry
