TECHNICAL WRITER - SOFTWARE, TECH (Permanent)

Why wouldn't you be interested?

We would welcome the chance to speak with Junior to mid-level Technical Writers or Technical Authors who have solid expertise in this discipline, we are looking for people that have operated in a tech or software company. Graduated with a technical, mathematical, scientific or engineering degree with a BSc or MSc holding a 2.1 or better. Excellent research capabilities with the ability to simplify complex technical subjects to a wide audience.
For a role of this nature we would please ask that your English communication skills are of a very high standard both written and verbally. Able to quickly grasp technical subjects whilst thinking about the audience, purpose and the context. Fully versed with the life cycle that takes place ranging from profiling through to final completion.
Enjoy mixing ideas with a tech team and engaging with different stakeholders. Some other technical understanding of operating with software development teams and operations teams would be highly beneficial.

We would please ask for proven experience on your CV and not just a list of skills, also be prepared to relocate to Cambridge if required.

This is an attractive opening where you will be collaborating with a variety of teams, producing guides, materials, first class documentation and simplifying complex information.

This role requires someone that wants to work in a busy software company and someone that can juggle multiple projects between various teams.
