Data Analyst - HR (Contract/Permanent)
Location: Birmingham Country: UK Rate: £225 - £250 per day
Role: Data Analyst HR
Location: Central Birmingham (2/3 days per week in office)
Rate: £250 per day inside IR35
Contract: Temp to perm
Investigo are working with a global technology firm and market leaders in their space.
Our client is in search for someone to come in for a 4-6month period to assist in data analytics specifically working with HR and people data.
This responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of analytics capabilities and deliverables, from data collection to insights delivery.
- Develop automated, always-on dashboards that provide Real Time insights.
- Create visually appealing data visualisations that demonstrate trends, impacts, outcomes and return on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in processes and procedures.
- Embed AI and machine learning capabilities to query and draw meaningful insights from our data.
- Leverage Python and other data and analytics tools to structure, cleanse, and build data models and visualisations.
- Translate abstract concepts into actionable business requirements.
The key skills we are looking for are:
- Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with PowerBI or similar
- Strong analytical skills, including statistics, analysis and modelling techniques.
- Proven track record in data analysis in HR.
- Ability to drive best practices independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong results-orientation and ability to work effectively and independently
- Ideally experienced in GDPR, data privacy and compliance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Project management experience is a plus.
