• Manchester - remote based however some travel to the office will be required

Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team and assist on migration project which is already underway. The project is the migration of current Livelink EDRMS to a SharePoint equivalent.

As a Business Analyst, you will be scoping the next phases of the pilot phase with the idea of identifying the following:

1. Identifying the next pilot team and roadmap
2. Scheduling and chairing data discovery workshops
3. Refining and finalising the migration approach along with training content and user manuals
4. Provide support to the migration teams
5. Obtain sign off on the migration approach from project sponsors

Main Duties and Responsibilities for this role:

• Demonstration of strong business analysis within the project delivery team
• Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit business needs and system requirements.
• Documenting 'As is' and 'To be' business processes and system flows
• Creation of User Journeys and Acceptance Criteria
• Translating business requirements into system (software, platform) and service requirements
• Effectively manage business stakeholder expectations throughout the project life cycle
• Provide support and input to the overall definition of the system and UAT test scripts and subsequent execution

The following skills and experience will be essential:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis
• Experience of EDRMS migrations to SharePoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident communicating with and presenting to senior stakeholders and strong interaction with people at all levels across
• Good organisation and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent problem solving as well as suggesting improvements through innovation
