Interim IT Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Country: UK Rate: £500 - £550 per day
 

An Interim IT Project Manager is required to lead strategic initiatives within the property sector, focusing on consultancy, strategy and change. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a timely and efficient manner.

Description

  • Lead and manage complex property projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives within the consultancy, strategy and change department
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Profile

A successful Interim Project Manager should have:

  • Proven working experience in project management in the property industry
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
