Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, 1-2 days a week remote

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive 2nd Line Support, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Offer technical guidance and assistance to end-users, promoting best practices for IT systems usage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role, if you have exposure to Finance or Trading environments that would be a bonus
- In addition, if you have supported either Bloomberg or Thomson Reuters applications that would be an added bonus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 operating systems.
- A Proactive "go getter" with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
