O365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Gaydon (Hybrid)

Hamilton Barnes is representing a leading automotive company who are looking to hire an Office 365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our client's security team at their Gaydon location.

As an O365 SME, you will play a crucial role in managing and providing support for Office 365 tenants and its services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. This position requires onsite presence three days a week and offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide support for Office tenant and its services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Perform user onboarding/offboarding and license management within the Office 365 environment.
  • Provide technical Level 3 troubleshooting on Office 365 services to ensure smooth operation and resolve complex issues.
  • Manage and support SharePoint Online websites, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Create automation solutions using Power Automate (formerly Power Flow) and SharePoint automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing and supporting Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Expertise in user onboarding/offboarding and license management within Office 365.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues related to Office 365 services.
  • Proficiency in managing and supporting SharePoint Online websites.
  • Experience in creating automation solutions using Power Automate and SharePoint automation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Gaydon - 3 Days onsite
  • Day Rate: Up to £400 Per Day (Inside IR35)
  • Start Date: ASAP
