SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant

We are heading up a recruitment drive for a global consultancy that require a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant to join them on a major project that's based in remotely.
Job Title - SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant
Day Rate - £627
Location - Very occasional onsite in Preston
iR35 determination - Inside
Duration -18 months

Must Be Eligible to go through BPSS clearance UK or dual national but unable to accept nationals from Belarus, China, Egypt, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, Vietnam

Role Spec

Responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation

Strong experience of hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.

Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops

Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap

Ability to communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization

Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi location delivery model

Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modules

Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations
