The Opportunity:

You will be joining a vibrant team focused on delivering as a Service Designer that will see you embark on a thrilling journey consulting alongside a range of agile cross-functional squads, where your expertise in User Centered Design (UCD) and User Experience (UX) will shape ground-breaking digital transformation projects across a spectrum of vital digital services used by the general public.

In this role, you will be designing and improving the end-to-end journey of the services, typically focusing on the user's experience and interactions across multiple touchpoints, with your confident, professional, and transparent approach, you'll forge strong bonds with clients and stakeholders, crafting enriching experiences that leave users positively captivated.

Skills and Experience:

You will have already gained experience of working in a user centred design team as a service designer or a similarly related role from within a consultancy, agency or in-house setting, enjoying a track record in developing user journeys, service maps and blueprints.

Able to consult internally with colleagues and externally with senior stakeholders in a client-facing capacity, you will focused on best practice and enjoy hosting workshops with senior client stakeholders to establish the required designs.
