There is a new role with a Digital Assets/Crypto Trading company providing exchange clearing for Derivatives markets within the rapidly expanding Digital Assets arena.
They have grown rapidly in the last 2 years and are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to support internal staff with 1st and 2nd Line support issues, primarily focused on a Windows 10/11 desktop and Office 365 tooling and functionality.
They are looking to hire somebody interested in developing their knowledge of the financial services/digital assets trading space, and who is responsive, has strong communication skills, and good technical knowledge across a traditional Windows Desktop stack. Key responsibilities will include providing in-person and remote support, supporting all desktop, phones, tablets, headsets, logging and tracking workload in Jira and working on projects/initiatives to further scale and enhance their desktop technology estate.

- Strong practical experience in Microsoft technologies specifically Office 365 products and tools
- Experience supporting users on Windows 10/11 desktops
- Sharepoint
- Strong communication skills
- Financial Services experience is preferred but not essential
Salary is negotiable up to £60k + bonus and benefits. Working schedule is 5 days per week in the office in The City.
