Workday HCM Analyst (Permanent)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: Up to 75k plus benefits
 

Workday HCM Analyst - Permanent - Up to 75k plus benefits (based on experience) - London

Key Skills: Strong Workday expertise within security, business process configuration, absence, and reporting/dashboards.

An exciting opportunity to work with a big-name client within the events sector. The client is looking for a highly motivated and eager individual with strong communication skills, to join their team.

Location: South West London with hybrid working, must be eligible to work in the UK and be able to come into the office if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR teams worldwide to comprehend business workflows and optimize Workday usage to align with these processes.
  • Advocate for Workday and identify potential opportunities to enhance business operations, promoting system adoption across the organization.
  • Oversee the Workday HCM roadmap, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and managing expectations throughout the change process.
  • Customize, validate, and implement system requirements, providing project management support to stakeholders during implementations.
  • Conduct Workday functionality demonstrations and user training sessions, updating user guides and training materials as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive internal IT documentation using agreed-upon tools and methodologies established by the project team.
  • Handle routine inquiries and ad-hoc report requests via the Jira ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Uphold system integrity through regular data and security audits to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Coordinate bi-annual system releases for HCM, including testing new features and communicating relevant updates to global HR teams.

Key Experience:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Workday HCM Administrator/Analyst.
  • Previous experience as an HR administrator or advisor is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Workday functionalities such as security settings, business process configuration, absence management, and reporting/dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to train users at all levels of the organization, including senior management, and effectively showcase system capabilities.
  • Extensive expertise in gathering business systems requirements, conducting testing, and managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong background in troubleshooting Workday issues and providing guidance to users.
