Cyber Security Engineer - Recovery, Residency, Data, Backup - (RL7433)

Our Global Enterprise client is hiring a Cyber Security Engineer to join their team.

Start Date: Early June
Rate: up to £315-£390 per day (please note, Employer NI is paid for by the client)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Torbay
Duration: 8 Full time weeks over a 9-week period (1 week off)

Responsibilities:

• Changing passwords in the solution (currently things are either default or not that complex for ease of install)
• Documenting the use of the system for backup tasks
• Updating the full stack
• Setting some initial jobs up
• Restoring a backup to the production side
• Introducing security officers to the system (I would like our cyber team to have some familiarity with the system, concepts, capabilities, basic use)
• Introducing other members of the team to the system (as many as we can manage, is see this taking up the latter half of the residency)

Soft Skills:

• Highly organised and able to tackle things without supervision.
• Ability to work both independently as well as collaborating in a fast-paced team environment where technology and customer requirements can change.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
