Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled SAP Consultant to join their team for a six-month contract 1 year 6 month contract

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

* Responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation
* Strong experience of 'hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.
* Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops
* Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap
* Ability to communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization
* Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi location delivery model
* Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modules
* Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

* Strong experience of 'hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.
