The Role

The PAM Senior Analyst will support the IT Systems Access Lead in helping manage a team of IT System Access Control Analysts ensuring continual delivery of a high-quality operational service. Your focus will be for the team to deliver first class IT Support to the business.. You will support the IT Systems Access Lead to maintain user access following security, risk, governance, policies and procedures on all occasions.

Working in the System Access Control Team you will play a major part in working in a successful access management function and will be instrumental in driving improvements to control and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the PAM/IAM Service including incident management, processes and documentation.
  • Manage the end-to-end PAM Process including Privileged user on and off boarding, providing privileged access etc.
  • Monitor and review Service Level Agreements and account recertifications.
  • Maintain and review systems access levels, permissions and privileges.
  • Maintain Active Directory (including Azure Active Directory) and Exchange Administration.
  • Manage User Access Reviews and Job Role Based Matrices.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and ensure they are managed effectively.
  • Perform System administration tasks such as User set up, amendments & deletions as and when required.
  • Identify and provide support, training and guidance to the IT Systems Access Analysts.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of procedures and system documentation.
  • Ensure Requests are completed within agreed Service Levels Agreements (SLA's).
  • Assist in project work and organise workload according to agreed project plans.
  • Review and manage Team Workload including other systems access tasks as required.
  • Demonstrate strong people managements skills and perform monthly 1:1s with the team.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven leadership, delegation and prioritisation skills.
  • Support driving PAM/IAM improvements.
  • Experience of PAM/IAM concepts such as RBAC, Toxic combinations management, privileged access management and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of PAM/IAM Access control domains including the tools, techniques and procedures used.
  • Excellent IT Literacy skills.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capable of managing daily workload,
  • A strong commitment to continuous process improvement and customer service.
