My client a leading and global organisation seek a Technology Transformation Programme Director to support the business with large scale technology change with a specialist focus on an enterprise data Centre exit programme, so experience in this area will be critical. Any experience of DMS systems would be highly desirable.

In order to be a good match for this hire you will have experience of the following:

• Proven experience of leading complex transformation programmes in a Technology setting for a minimum of 7 years
• Proven experience of document management systems and data centre exit programmes.
• Ability to articulate a vision and strategy to diverse delivery teams and drive accountability for deliverables and actions
• Ability to articulate a strategy and align priorities against a roadmap
• Significant delivery experience with strong knowledge of multiple delivery frameworks/methods
• An ability to operate and engage at a Senior Executive level
• An ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable insights
• Proficient at producing and presenting Senior Executive level reports
