We are seeking a dynamic Release & Implementation Lead to join our team for an exciting opportunity within the banking sector. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project implementations across a portfolio of initiatives. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of projects within a portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation and go-live plans, outlining key tasks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute implementation plans effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation process, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading project implementations within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to construct detailed implementation and go-live plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential risks and issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
