A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy is looking for an Information Security Risk Manager for a 12-month contract initially to ASAP, based in Milton Keynes (Hybrid 3 days/week) with some UK travel.

The Information Security Risk Manager will be responsible for the operation of the risk management process.
The role is an integral part of the business and will require the risk manager to work with the aligned Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to identify risks specific to that area of the business, record it within the Governance, Risk and Compliance tool, assess the risk and then work with the BISO to identify the most appropriate treatment plan and monitor mitigation activity.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in IT security risk management, understand GRC tools and be able to learn/adapt to internal risk management processes, providing insight and recommendations for continuous improvement where necessary.

Qualifications
The risk manager should have an understanding of multiple control frameworks, including SCF, ISO, NIST etc.
Recognised information security risk certification eg CRISC, CISM or equivalent.
