Deployment Engineer - £200/day Inside IR35 - 3-month Contract - Truro (SCC FLEX CONTRACT)

We are seeking a skilled Deployment Engineer to help with the laptops' deployment. The deployment engineer will play a role in ensuring the setup and installation of these machines.

Your Responsibilities as Deployment Engineer:

• Unbox and prepare laptops for deployment according to specifications.
• Transport laptops to designated end-users locations.
• Install software applications and configure settings as per user requirements.
• Set up docking stations, peripherals (mouse, keyboard), and multiple screens.
• Ensure proper connectivity and functionality of all installed components.
• Provide basic user training and support as needed.
• Document deployment activities and maintain accurate records.

As the suitable Deployment Engineer, you will have:

• Proven experience in IT deployment or similar fields.
• Strong technical skills in laptop setup and configuration.
• Familiarity with software installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to set up and configure docking stations, peripherals, and multiple screens.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow deployment procedures accurately.
• Experience with large-scale deployments or rollouts.
• Knowledge of asset management and inventory tracking systems.
