Essential Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar strategic role in complex organisations.

• Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks (eg, TOGAF, BIZBOK, capability modelling).

• Experience working in or with UK government departments or regulated public-sector environments.

• Ability to design target operating models, business capabilities, and end-to-end service architectures.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary digital delivery teams.
