Newcastle (Hybrid working)

Up to £375 p/d (Inside) initial 3 month contract.

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Delivery Manager with a strong background in complex, large-scale digital transformation and expertise in Agile delivery.

Key Requirements

• Apply Agile methodologies within a multidisciplinary team and support the development of other BAs.
• Lead workshops and discovery activities to understand business problems and user needs.
• Translate requirements into clear epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria using best-practice formats (As a/I can/So that and Given/When/Then).
• Manage stakeholders across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and resolving risks and issues.
• Produce clear, accessible documentation and maintain high-quality requirements.
• Define test scenarios for each sprint and collaborate with testers and developers to resolve defects.
• Analyse and model business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Support business case development and cost/benefit analysis.
• Advise Product Owners on sprint content and prioritisation.
• Continuously develop Business Analysis and Agile skills, supporting and contributing to the wider BA community.
• Understand the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle.
