Join a leading UK mobile infrastructure organisation as a IT Digital & Business Application Support Manager, driving the performance, evolution and strategic direction of our key IT platforms.
You'll champion several core business platforms, ensuring they deliver high availability, strong performance, scalability and security. Working closely with stakeholders and suppliers, you'll shape short- to medium-term platform roadmaps, support adoption of new features, and identify enhancements that add real value.
You'll also oversee commercial vendor deliverables, ensuring contractual compliance and working with Procurement to address risks or deviations.
Responsibilities of the IT Digital & Business Application Support Manager include:
- Strong technical and commercial acumen
- Hands-on experience in contract management and service delivery
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflict
- Experience in vendor engagement, financial oversight and commercial negotiation
The successful IT Digital & Business Application Support Manager will have:
- Background in Matrix resource management and platform/service delivery
- Strong customer focus
- A-Levels (or equivalent)
- ITIL V3/V4 Foundation
- Desirable: BMC Helix, Unit4 Agresso, ERP, Siterra Estate Management
