Are you a Business Analyst with experience of ELN and or LIMS applications and processes?

emagine is looking for your skills to work with a global research and manufacturing organization supporting the ELN Service Owner for both Run & ELN projects Build activities.

Key Skills:

• Business/Functional Analyst with 3+ years' experience.

• Strong analysis skills (functional & technical)

• Previous experience with ELN

• Project Management

• Good communication skills (English is mandatory)

• Chemistry & material industry + laboratory workflows knowledge will be highly appreciated

• Scientific background is a plus

Note: Managers are based in USA and many steak holders are in Europe, the successful candidate will be flexible around hours of work.

Key Tasks:

ELN Run:

• Support service continuous improvement activities for the application run

• Follow the ticketing process (incident/change requests/RCA) related to the application

• Act as a back-up for the Service Owner

ELN Projects:

• Interact with the end-users (world wide), gather & consolidate feedback

• Support the definition of specific use cases, conduct technical & functional analysis, support POCs in later phases

• Ensure business continuity by cross checking dependencies with other systems before the go-live

• Support the go-live (customization, configuration, training, hypercare, documentation, etc.)
