Next Ventures are currently looking for an SAP Fieldglass senior consultant for a US Client.
This role is mostly remote.

Required skills:

• Total 15+ years' experience in SAP Procure-to-Pay area
• Minimum 8+ years of experience with SAP Fieldglass implementations (+ 5-10 years' previous experience in other SAP modules)
• Experience in regulated industries (DoD, A&D etc.) is a HUGE BONUS
• Minimum of three (3) end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementation, including hands-on design and configuration
• Experience with all SAP Fieldglass modules: Worker Profile, Contingent Workforce management and SOW.
• Understand points of integration between SAP Fieldglass and SAP ERP, but also integration SAP Ariba is a MUST HAVE
• Integration between SAP Fieldglass and non-SAP ERP is a bonus!
• Must be able to design external worker's full end-to-end process across SAP Fieldglass and other SAP applications.

Other skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledgeable in HCM Functional areas (OM, PA) and/or contingent labor, statement of work best practices or HR-PA experience
• Experience with MSP (HR managed services provider)
• Ability to work independently to figure out integration issues.
• Strong analytical, critical, and economic thinking skills

Start date: Immediate

Duration: 6 -12 months
Rate: Euros Market rate
